These food tours are a great idea. Without an expert guide, going to a place like this would be overwhelming and perhaps unpleasant. The right introduction to it makes all the difference. The woman(sorry that I didn't get the name) was doing a great job of explaining the foods - even better than the guide, I think. You should start your own food/history India tours! An outsider's perspective helps.

Love your street food tours you are filming. So many dishes and know doubt there would have been plenty more other dishes that you just couldn't eat in one day. Definitely will book one of these tours when we travel overseas 😋
