Hi Jo, I love how documented the lessons you are learning along the way. Regarding camouflage, what I have leaned (the hard way) is that while it is best to wear drab colors, there is no better camouflage than standing still. You can be wearing the best camouflage, but if you're moving around a lot, youre going to be noticed.

#6 was huge for me, buying a printer and learning the process was not only fun, but made me a better photographer.

Congratulations Jo, on your first year of wildlife photography you certainly hit the ground running, and are doing a fabulous job photographing and documenting your travels and experiences here on your YouTube channel. So nice to see and such easy watching, wishing you all the best and all the success in the coming years and you never know back we might bump into each other again soon 👍

Great video, Jo. You have certainly come a long way in just one year!! Congratulations on all of your accomplishments, not only with your wildlife photos and videos, but also with the production quality of your YouTube publications.

Hi Jo, just found your channel this morning and really enjoyed your video. I think your idea of printing the best photos from the previous year is a great exercise. I’m sure it will be in the back of one’s mind when taking future photos and help thinking about how to get the best shots each time. I sold my printer years ago because the adjustment variables were so many and with strage terminology one needed a Ph D in printing! I now have any photos printed professionally by people who know what they’re doing. It’s not much more expensive taking into account wasted prints. paper, inks and of the course the cost of the printer. Subbed.
