Gorl, the delulu part is worrying about which scale you use because of + or - 4 lb. Makes no difference at your size.

All she ever counts is calories. The enormous amount of carbs or sugar never matters. Even if she eats something healthy it is always paired with something that is not.

It doesn't matter which scale as long as she uses the same one consistently. She could use the speaking scale, it will still accurately report a 100lb loss.

That entire pantry shelf of garbage was a big indicator as to why she isn’t successful. Pasta, ramen, cup noodle, chips and snacks in large quantities. Why is that even in the house?!
