  No in-law,should have access to YOUR Trust. They seem to very greedy and should legally have NO rights to YOUR money!!

  Even though your son warned you, you just volunteered your money and all your time and heck is she didn't even have to ask when the son-in-law's business failed.  Your son never asked you for anything, never borrowed money and yet you reward that awesome  behavior and leave him nothing.

  Why did she call the attorney and asked her to 'freeze' all distributions from the Trust? It made no sense at all because the distributions were to be made when the children were adults. And why didn't she have a 'Trust' for her son's daughter when her son had not even 'leeched' on her like her daughter and sil

  I'm feeling a little sad for your son your actual son. he warned you that your daughter and her husband were going to try to take money from you. You gave them money anyway -  money for many years as you testified in court. Yet what did you leave to your actual son? nothing. and it doesn't seem like you gave his child, your first grandchild, anything in a trust. wow good guys finish last
