I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels kind of bad leaving Sprites on the ground, as they're running towards you.

"If you spot a good item on someone's back, you can memorize their skin combo, watch them jump out of the bus, and follow them to steal the sprite off spawn. Everyone knows this".

Yes, I certainly do. You know when somebody's set their eyes on your sprite when they start following around while on Spawn Island. I had a player try this on me last season. I think I had a Grim Sprite and they were hot on my heels. I was lucky enough to slip into the warp tunnel while there were other players around the entrance. It's like the player knew when I was about to jump from the Battle Bus.
It's strange, but I was under the impression that the devs were going to put a stop to this practice by rendering sprites invisible while on Spawn Island this season.

I don’t get how people still don’t understand the mechanics of the crown sprite. Even at the start of the season if you had a crown win and then won the following match with the sprite you would automatically max it out. Its only until the gold one that you needed to get 2 wins this way but now it seems that they changed it to only one crown win for each variant

It took me 5 differnt wins to understand that i had to use the newest version of the crown sprite to get the the newest version of the crown sprite. Though every version worked to get the newest version😂
