  I don&apos;t understand why the husband is painted as jerk? He chased her and she kept on rejecting him and giving mixed signals to that other man? Why? Isn&apos;t she the one who cheated on him in the first place? Why is she behaving like a victim now? The poor man suffered so much because of her and she is acting all mighty now. He deserves a lot better

  It was a pretty good movie. There&apos;s some frustrating parts NGL, but I understood the game between Fiona and her husband, even when sometimes I think she could have been more merciful, especially because of what she has done to him. Cheating and humiliating someone that truly loved you is not something you can erase in a few months. I understand her position and what lessons she wanted her husband to learn. However, she lacked patience (in my opinion), he rejected her a few times while she has been doing him dirty for years. That&apos;s not fair. But at the same time, Carter learnt how to express himself and trust her again despite all the challenges life put him through. It was a pretty good movie. Thank you!
