  When William said he was 75 years old my jaw dropped! He has such &nbsp;youthful energy , and doesn’t look his age at all

  I love that he kept eating throughout. I feel like so many guests eat a bit at the start of each section and then stop until prompted. He really seemed to enjoy the food.

  You know if I was Brennan Lee Mulligan I don&apos;t know how I would feel about my episode being sandwiched in between Christoph waltz and William h. Macy lol.

  This is a classic episode because it started out with Bill clearly unsure with what the experience was going to be and ended with him hanging out like he was an old friend. I&apos;ve been watching Josh do great interviews for too long to &nbsp;pretend it&apos;s surprising at this point, but it&apos;s such good work.

  Him asking Josh to come eat with him again sometime was so precious and i hope they can manage to do it again sometime cameras or not. All the guests seem to really appreciate the &quot;presentness&quot; and the time to reflect and introspect on things for a minute in these interviews, and with people as busy as they are those moments are more powerful than youd ever believe and this show captures that so beautifully
