  As much as I love the funny videos, something positive and cheering someone on is so nice. I’m at 35 pounds lost in my second weight loss journey in my life, I can’t wait to catch up to Anny!

  the thing about tracking i noticed is that, yea it can be hard at first but it very very quickly just becomes a habit, i find myself weighing stuff out without even thinking. i just hit a flow state when im making food now

  I totally relate to Annys shame about smoking—I finally quit vaping a few months ago, when I was already 6 months into my weight loss journey. I didn’t realize how out of breath it made me until I stopped. I’m in my maintenance/conditioning phase now (60lbs down!!) and it’s made working out SO much more comfortable.
