“Fawlty Towers never gets old 😂 Basil is iconic, Manuel unforgettable. Wish we had more episodes—true classic!”

It's hard to believe there was only 12 episodes of faulty Towers. I thought there were more!

"Today Connie Booth is 84" (showing a picture of her with "RIP" written underneath).

watching this in 2026 is a total gut punch fr because the reception desk at the Fawlty Towers is finally quiet and the "Please don't mention the war" era is just an echo now. Seeing the "then and now" after 51 years is unreal because it feels like a massive void in the history of British comedy. The shameful truth is that the 1975 era feels officially dead and buried now that we have lost the legendary Prunella Scales and recently the iconic guest star Claire Nielson in 2026.
