  Notice how The Bearer of the Curse is the only protagonist whose allies not all die or turn hostile like the other protagonists. In fact, you don't even have to loot the bodies of dead npcs you've met before, you get their clothes after you help them out.

  The Bearer of the Curse is actually the strongest for the mere reasons that he&apos;s the only protagonist with his very own OST and that his motion capture was done by Vergil from Devil May Cry.<br><br>(I&apos;m not joking. Dan Southworth, Vergil&apos;s voice actor, was the main motion capture actor in Dark Souls 2 and its DLCs. He&apos;s listed in the game&apos;s credits, plus you can check everything on his IMDB page)

  I agree on everything but it&apos;s a shame you don&apos;t include the Ashen One who challenges Gael. That version would be number 1 for sure considering they defeated and inherited... well... THE Dark Soul. In its strongest form no less since Gael had consumed everyone at the end of times
