In MW2 DMZ, there is a camo that takes you across every single map. It’s called the serpentine camo.

Black Ops 3 was the first with Dark Ops Challenges and the hardest one to get was BY FAR the "100 Percenter“ you had to complete 100% of all Multiplayer Challenges
This might be the actual hardest Challenge in COD (imo)

If we‘re counting Zombies in (we‘re obviously not) then it‘s the one where you had to complete every Easter Egg

For Bo2 there was a 2nd hidden calling card that was the dark matter equivalent in the game that most don’t know about. It was the weapons mastery calling card. It was a blue military uniform (like the green card but just a different color) and it was unlocked by getting diamond on every weapon in the game.

With BO3, I think getting the 100 percenter calling card was the hardest thing to get

I might be the only one that remembers this, but from the 2009 modern warfare, 2, the hardest thing to unlock would have been the 250 javelin headshot title

Mw2 was actually the spinning 10th skull emblem which was unlocked by completing every challenge. Such as getting 1000 head shots with every gun, including the launchers, which also includes the stingers which is vehicle lock on only. So that one challenge alone is impossible.

With the newest mw2 there was the white konic mil sim skin for completing all of dmz, or the serpent camo for completing a secret quest that was incredibly hard.
