  Lived in Glasgow 1975 -81 &nbsp;. &nbsp;The Music / the fashion / the ease of life at that time <br>seems like a dream now. &nbsp;Walked down Union St recently. &nbsp;Charity shop / Sweet<br>shop / &nbsp;Vape shop / Charity shop / Poundland / Vape shop etc..etc..

  I was back in Glasgow &nbsp;this year after a long time away Lots of changes but the Glasgow spirit and humour is always there . excellent film.

  Glasgow was on its knees here the city is still trying to recover today with bad planning in the past

  Here we are 40 years later and we&apos;re still plagued by the same systemic problems. Millions have been spent on various initiatives yet progress is glacial.

  Fantastic footage and beautifully put together, the songs are amazing. How lucky are we in the present time. My faither was born in 1919 and I can understand how in his later years how content he was &nbsp;despite how horrible these times were, however it produced a lot of the most decent people who were wise and gave so much.

  When people think of the 80s they think of neon and bright colours but I think of grey, because of films like this.

  This was shot in 16 mm 4x3 aspect ratio It is shown in 16x9 therefore some of the framing doesn’t seem quite right.
