  Ugh watching the women read, react, snap at her children, and then CRY when she didn’t get what she wanted initially and THEN totally change her tune when she got the rest of the money made me sick... just showed how truly selfish and immature she is

  I used to live in Louisiana & we took an impromptu adventure to Zams a few years after this aired. They must have been closed for tours that day but we got lucky & Diego happened to be there. He is genuinely one of the sweetest, kindest souls I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting. When we said where we came from, almost two hours away, he took us, my ex & myself, my ex mother, brother & sister in law & her two young daughters, out on a tour himself. It will forever be one of my most favorite memories. At one point the youngest girl, only 9 months old was getting restless so he took her & held her & let her “drive” with him. When we got back he took us all around showing us all their critters. Letting me & the two year pet whatever we wanted. It was like just going to visit an old friend. Then refused to charge us for the tour & gave the girls stuffed animals, and my ex may have left with a baby alligator that was found on the road that morning lol. Unfortunately Diana & ZZ weren’t there but this man spoke about them as if they were the sun & moon in his sky. It’s utterly disgusting how this vegan mother treated this beautiful family. As someone born & raised in deep Midwest Missouri & moving to the Deep South, it’s a culture shock. But the best one possible!

  Barbara was truly disgusting throughout the whole show.  Not only was she a hypocrite in countless ways, but just IMAGINE her reaction if Diana had donated thousands of her winnings away to a charity? She almost had a meltdown because her husband received something that would benefit their whole family and it wasn't specifically just for her.  I'm just sickened by her behaviour and really feel sorry for her kids more than anyone.

  I was shocked at how aggressive Cali mom acted towards her children when they interrupted her.<br>😢<br>The Cajun mom is emotionally mature with a kind spirit.

  I love how the Louisiana Mother was very respectful. All she wanted to do was to share the food from her culture but as soon as she saw that it was a rule that the other mom had to not make meat in her house. She left it alone. I respect that.

  Barbara got an authentic Cajun cultural experience with the bayou tours, French quarter, and meeting the people and she was so stupid not to appreciate that. People pay good money for that because it’s unique and special.
