Hello again from Cheyenne, Wyoming (USA). My hubby and I (both 76) enjoy watching your videos on Tuesdays and Fridays at lunch time. I make sure we don't watch UNTIL I get lunch ready and get set down. If he starts to turn it on before time, well, that will not do. My break from housework and lunch time to watch Hannah is my recess time. LOL!

Frozen Greek yoghurt is easy to make at home. For the sweetener, use a syrup like golden syrup or agave. I made it without an ice cream machine. Just put the yoghurt in a shallow baking dish to freeze, and take it out every 30 minutes for the first two hours to break up the frozen edges thoroughly with a large spoon or fork.
