As a new beginner baker I can appreciate that they don't overwork their doughs making it airy and fluffy, the rest is completely out of my skillset.

I love seeing what passes for "American food" in other countries.  It seldom bears any resemblance to our food, but there's always something interesting and usually something delicious to be had.

I'm liking the technique...it wasn't clear there was smoke on any of that meat but 10/10 would try, it still looks delicious.
