I think the minions problem is a bug. Since the last mini patch where they changed the turrets and added that card game in the client, the game's been laggy as hell and I noticed it with minions dying too early before I last hit'em or not dying as if their HP freeze for a fraction of a second. I wouldn't be surprised if there actually is a bug with the last patch. If so, I hope they fix it soon.
