This is exactly how I left my job. I found a coach/partner at a networking event. 5 years later and I am full time entrepreneur in real estate. Looking back, I could have done it way faster. It all comes down to how bad do you want it. I own 945 mobile home lots.

Truly mindset! 16K to Mario’s kid, he definitely won’t hate the property much later in his life. I am SubTo and soon 1 day I will be able to look at real estate the Pace does. But for now I’ll keep eyes out for the bunnies!

Worked construction my entire life. I dropped out as soon as I could and went to work. Left my home state and moved to the coast. I did okay. I was never really broke. I've always done what I wanted for the most part. I was coming to a point in my life where I knew I didn't want to work anymore, and I needed stream income. I started in stocks about 7 years ago, and I had a natural nac for it. I planned on going into real estate. My mother was flipping houses when i was a kid in the 90's before it was a thing. Unfortunately, 2 years ago, I fell 20' off a roof and totally f'd myself up. I've had a few spinal surgeries and a shoulder, and I was left with a TBI, cognitive impairment, and a massive disability. I'm obviously going to come off something from my WC case. I have no idea how much, but I'm terrified because it's my last shot at success. I have to make the right moves. I'm scared of what's going to happen to my life. This might be my last shot at being any kind of success. I won't be able to get a job after this.
