  Favorite lvl 3 commander is Kefnet the Mindful. He&apos;s a voltron commander with built in evasion, protection, inflated stats, and even forms one part of a three card combo; however, his downside can be quite a... handful.

  I have a deck helmed by Hanna, Ship&apos;s Navigator - originally printed in Invasion(25 years ago) - who I think falls into your conception of a 3, and has since been COMPLETELY eclipsed by Emry, Lurker of the Loch from Throne of Eldraine. However, even when I found Emry during the deck building process, I didn&apos;t add her to the deck, I wanted the game-plan to be about Hanna. Maybe I&apos;m just stubborn, but I&apos;ve since found a bunch of things that Hanna can do differently, and I adore the deck for how much of myself it asked for as I built it. It is absolutely a favourite deck of mine, and I&apos;ll never get tired of the multitude of reactions from laughter to struck-dumb shock the deck produces from my opponents when I announce &quot;and I will now control all three of your next turns forever&quot;. Wonderful video Joey!
