My favourite are south american cichlids. You can keep Apistogramma, rams, Laetacara, Dicrossus in small tanks. If you want larger fishes, you can keep discus, angels, oscar, Geophagus. And you can have them in community tanks, planted tanks or in a tank just for them.

Thanks for the video this was helpful. Not a fan of the “ghetto” reference and then later…the male sticks around like “we” do. Just comes off a way.
