  I'm sure i'm not the only arm chair detective who immediately realized his mistake on the 911 call. He was telling the operator where the purse was before he got to the house.  obviously he Put them there. It is complete negligence that the police did not arrest this guy immediately & it's a shame that people have to hire private  detectives to get justice

  The only positive here is how deeply touching it is for someone's last will to be to donate funds to an individual to help them get justice for their loved one. That's a great way to make a difference before you go.

  When I was a kid (9 years old) my cousins and I would build dams in flower creek. One of the funnest things we did, but it all came to a stop when. Our younger friend (the family was new to town only played with the kids a couple of times) 8 year old Ryan VanLuchene was kidnapped, sexually assaulted and murdered. His body was found in flower creek in Libby Montana. The story of this tragic event even gets worse once you find out the details of what the killer said before his release from prison just before  murdering Ryan but also the details of what he did to this beautiful little boy.  You should do a story on this because the killer is trying to get out of prison currently. This man should never walk free again.

  It’s strange how in some cases the partner is immediately accused even if he has an alibi, but with John Carter, the incriminating call + scratches on his neck & they still don’t bother to check track his cellphone movements & process his vehicle?!

  The very SECOND John Carter said “there’s LOTS of sketchy people there” you KNOW he’s guilty.  Guaranteed.

  In the first story, the fiancé John Carter was so guilty, especially when he slipped up on the 911 call about her purse being there. You can hear him stumble and quickly correct himself. Didn’t take a genius, new detective or 13 years to figure that one out. Incompetent police and detective work from the beginning.

  Going on the run, and then getting caught for shoplifting while having 600 dollars cash in your pocket and 30000 in your car is one of the dumbest things I ever heard. They said he was frugal to the point of being abusively controlling about his wife's spending. Glad that trait became his undoing.

  So you&apos;re telling me, that none of the police thought that 911 call was suspicious... for 20 months?<br>There must be more to the story.

  The first case, the 911 call he said he knew he car and purse were there- the car he could see from outside but by saying her purse was left there was his give away.The purse was found on center of her bed. If he had been inside the apartment to look for her, either call 911 right then but instead he lied and he left the purse on center of her bed. They should have solved it right then. Poor police work

I still miss her every day and love her so much still and always will. <br>This picture made me cry because of what happened to her and because of my sister.&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;

  I was abused and abandoned, too. Somehow I managed to serve in the US Army and as a RN in critical care for 38 years. Saving people and animals was my main focus. Blaming upbringing has it&apos;s merits, but, come on!!!
