Well done Mark for recognising that you needed support and going home. Hoping you keep us in the loop as I think you have a talent for self expression , humility and honesty. ❤

This is the first time I've seen you. What a breath of fresh air you are. So glad you landed in my youtube feed. So nice to see a fellow Aussie doing vanlife too. Thank you for your honesty and authenticity 😊

It's been lovely to join you on this trip, but I'm more than happy to step back while you attend to priorities. Thanks for your openness & for including us in your journeys. It takes a strong person to do what you're doing. X

I love your attitude. You are open and honest and very smart. Recognising that the journey isn't working for you at this time is smart. You are conscious of the competing pressures and the things that you've been deferring and certainly have a lot to manage at the moment. Take the time to reflect on the wonderful things you've done and then work out what is important to you and what needs to change. You are an inspiring, humble and lovely human whose chats and journey I've enjoyed. Take care of you first.

I just want to say that just travelling and sight seeing is tiring let alone working full time and running a YouTube channel. I suffer from anxiety and depression and have travelled as you have, so I can completely relate. It can be stressful. I have to admit you've been to some areas in not sure I would have gone to without a 4x4.
I admire your openness and honesty. You've seen some fantastic country/places that many people will never see, so be proud of yourself.
Your mental health is so incredibly important. Take care of yourself

Oh my Lord Adam, that is a magnificent landscape. I love living in Oz so much as an Irish woman. It is such a privilege to be able to absorb such tremendous beauty.

Love how transparent you are about what is going on for you. Speaking out and owning what you are going through is so raw and honest.

There are so many people who suffer in silence with their mental health. Its like its ok to have a physical health problem, but if you struggle with mental health, then that's taboo. An illness or health problem is just as real regardless of whether it is mental or physical. Thank you for this video, thank you for articulating this so well and thank you for being you. Hope to see more videos soon.

Take care of yourself 🙏

We've been following you for a few weeks now and want to acknowledge your thoughts and experiences. Hubby and I began our van life in 2022. I was the breadwinner, working online - and have to say "It is tough." In those days we didn't have star link, needed to get to a location where we could park up and have reception that wasn't dodgy and dropping out all the time. We, at least, had each other's company and could share the driving. However having said that, you have seen some awesome scenery and we have thoroughly enjoyed your vids. Brought back special memories. Keep going with your new plan and take the time to heal.

Mate, you have been keeping up a massive schedule, working full time, traveling and editing video, and even though I’ve enjoyed every minute, I was wondering how you were doing it all tbh.
As an Adelaide boy I’m really excited to see our town on YouTube too, we have some great spots suited to van life, so I’m all in for some short snippets of local stuff when you can.
Hats off to you for what you have achieved which is awesome and I wish you as speedy recovery.
Catch you in the next one when you get to it. I’m subbed and notifications on so I’ll see it when the next video when it comes up.
Cheers

As a fellow sufferer, heartfelt empathy. Good call, and thanks for sharing. I've often run to distract myself from depression - but wherever you go your self is always with you. Hope you reset well, develop helpful strategies and like what you choose next.
