  Waluigi: gave people depression and enslaved various SMG4 characters with a T-pose just so he can be put into the next official Super Smash Bros. game.<br>He threw his ambitions away for the time being after his magic staff got destroyed... and after Wario revealed to him how much he loved him.<br><br>Bob: exploited and manipulated his own friends just so he can be the most famous (albeit fictional) rapper to ever exist.<br>He eventually stopped after the SMG4 crew struggled to give him the cold shoulder.<br><br>Francis: kidnapped half of Inkopolis just so he can fuel a magical ink pen (that wasn&apos;t even his) that can let him create an island full of hot babes and waifus.<br>After Axol (the real owner of the magic pen) summoned Meme Shaggy, Saiko threw him into the ink extraction tube and activated maximum zucc mode... indefinitely.<br><br>SMG3: infiltrated YouTube Headquarters, stole the YouTube remote, killed the SMG4 crew using its time travel tools and unlawfully took over the SMG4 YouTube channel, all out of bitter jealousy.<br>He was defeated by the SMG4 crew and was taken away by Susie’s YouTube minions.<br><br>Niles: committed omnicide twice, then genocide and possessed two of the most innocent SMG4 characters all in the name of replacing the SMG4 universe with his own and proving he&apos;s the <b>REAL</b> meme guardian. &nbsp;SMG0 talked him out of actually succeeding with his plan.<br><br>Lawyer Kong: abused his Nintendo lawyer powers to get Nintendo to shut down the SMG4 YouTube channel and revert Nintendo&apos;s characters back to their normal selves.<br>He lost in a court battle against SMG4, Meggy and Mario after Meggy used parody citation to make SMG4&apos;s YouTube channel legal again.<br><br>Marty: stole SMG3’s Sussy Notebook in an attempt to get a pizza recipe (he also promised Mario a Club Penguin skin).<br>He and Mario got arrested and sentenced to life in prison after SMG3 and SMG4 got SMG3&apos;s Sussy Notebook back.<br><br>One Shot Wren: stole Meggy’s signature beanie, kidnapped 18 SMG4 characters and basically imprisoned them in pods hooked up to a Wild West simulation just so he can hold a never-ending rivalry with Meggy. &nbsp;After that eventually failed, he tried bringing the simulation into the real world, which also failed, leaving the implication that the crumbling building killed him.<br><br>Mr. Puzzles: helped create the events of It’s Gotta Be Perfect, WOTFI 2023 and Western Spaghetti to see what they&apos;re capable of. &nbsp;Then he trapped the main SMG4 crew inside his own head and forced them to be actors in TV shows in an attempt to take over the SMG4 YouTube channel and turn it into a 5-star show. &nbsp;After that failed, he tried to simply turn SMG4’s show into his own, thinking it was easier. &nbsp;After that also failed, he made a &nbsp;YouTube channel that appealed to kids, which turned into brainrot and ultimately failed miserably. &nbsp;Once Didney got ahold of him, he opportunistically killed Mickey Mouse after he offered him a partnership, took over a Didney theme park with his own, turned Meggy back into Leggy, and made her his minion, alongside SMG3, Karen, Tari, Boopkins, Bob, Luigi, Saiko and Melony in an attempt to prove to his dad that he can run a theme park.<br>After his defeat the rebranded Didney park, he was arrested and put into a heavily guarded prison/mental hospital. &nbsp;Somehow, after all of that, he still found a way to try to contact Mr. WPNZ in an attempt to get him to be his friend. &nbsp;The fate of their friendship has yet to actually be determined.

  Regarding Mr. Puzzles:<br><br>For the Notebook, you are right about this. However, he technically CAN be charged. In law, there is a specific crime for this called Incitement, the act of encouraging someone to commit the crime. Since the motive was for a Spy themed show, Puzzles would be charged for Incitement of Theft. Because the thing that was stolen was the personal property of SMG3, &nbsp;Puzzles would receive half of the sentence of 5-10 years.
