What I really love is the inability to sign Edvinsson. This team is garbage, because of Illich

I've never in my life have been less excited for a Red Wings season to start. What a trainwreck.

Do we believe TheFourthPeriod reporting that Ed is looking for a long term deal between 9 and 10 AAV? If that’s legitimate, why is this even a question.

Tampa’s prospect pool is DEEP and criminally underrated. O’Reilly, Geekie, Rautianen, Duke, etc are very good prospects to choose from in a trade with them.

it’s so funny that we signed andrew copp to that massive mistake of a deal in 2022 instead of Strome. when stevie did that is the moment the yzerplan went down the drain. and now here we are talking about trading larkin for him. this org is such a joke

Full rebuild please. We're not going anywhere with 1 first line guy 2 second line guys and like 10 3rd-4th line guys. Not to mention we really on have 2 playable defensive pairs.

Just get Simon signed. We have a ton of cap space and the cap is only going up. Seider’s contract is almost irrelevant at this point.

I’m just so tired of this organization dragging its feet. I’d never thought I’d be so embarrassed to be a Wings fan.

The Wings have the most Cap space in the NHL, and have a bunch of contracts coming off the books next summer. The Cap is shooting through the roof. The times have changed. Ed's worth every bit of $10M+. Pay him and give him a long term deal. It'll will be a steal for a legit #2 dman in a couple years.

Typical red wing BS over pay your worse vets and while attempting to sheist your best young players. It’s also so tiring

It's nice that you guys appreciate Bourque; I sure didn't.

Who knows, maybe he'll "break out" in Nashville a la Lafreniere a couple seasons ago. I doubt it...but it's possible.
