  Roasted coconut 🥥 is amazing. We make it into choka. Grinding it on the stone. Making it with salt, some pepper and garlic, it's delicious. Best eaten with Dhal, Rice and different vegetables, Bitter melon, etc.

  Hello David, I enjoy your trips and crazy adventures. I’m from Puerto Rico and we do love cod fish and breadfruit ( pana con bacalao) also different roots as tarot, green bananas and plantains with bacalao are so yummy and is one of the island of PR delicacies also. Must of the Caribbean we love all that good stuff. I live in Texas and washing you eating made me so hungry 🤤 😋 Blessings ♥️🙏🏼

  Beautiful place been twice people are friendly food is amazing and you gotta try there own local rum .. boom .. beaches are gorgeous.. I went bodyboarding the water was crystal blue

  Bake/N/Saltfish..dasheen    balls....grilled octupus........fish in coconut milk                .the two people living the natural lifestyle.....Floating Bar....the guy is very entertaining....reached this far in viewing ....Just Awesome....lively island life.....Enjoy David.
