Thanks for everyone for making this event really special. I have never seen so many people flying up at altitudes like this before in DCS multiplayer.

Drewski's experience really goes to show you how important pilot training and maintenance is for combat effectiveness

18:22 Fun fact: the world's first microprocessor was not an Intel or something; the thing was called Garrett AiResearch MP944, it was largely classified until 1998, and it was designed in 1968 as one of the key elements of the next-generation fighter: the F-14 (it's the F-14 CADC, Central Air Data Computer).

I think timmm said it best in his ace combat retrospective, “ace combat is a simulator of what it feels like to be a pilot.” DCS can be just as epic sometimes as well.

My dad was a wing commander for a B-52 squadron during the 80's, so seeing those birds go down was a weird feeling that if the war broke out, it coulda been him... pretty cool though

Now all we need is a hyper advanced fighter and a massive aerial vehicle just being a menace in the skies.

I really would love more flight games like this event. The depth and realism of flight of DCS but with the cinematic moments, music, and heroic feelings of Ace Combat!
