  I personally use SPEAK framework<br><br>S – State the topic<br>P – Present your opinion<br>E – Explain<br>A – Add example or experience<br>K – Key takeaway (end line)<br><br>Like.....Importance of Reading<br>S: Today I want to talk about the importance of reading.<br>P: I think reading is one of the best habits a person can have.<br>E: Because it helps us learn new ideas and improves focus.<br>A: For example, reading Atomic Habits helped me understand how small changes create big results.<br>K: So, I believe everyone should make reading a part of their daily routine.

  Summary:<br><br>Framework: 3-2-1 ( this works when you are given a random topic and you want to present it cool )<br><br>3 steps<br>2 types <br>1 thing <br><br><br>Another framework: prep ( this works when you want to articulate your thoughts and to explain something to someone)<br><br>P- point<br>R- reason <br>E - example <br>P - point<br><br>Ex - do u know 1+1 = 2? ( Point) , it is like this because when u add one into one more it gets doubled and 2 ( reason) , the similar example can be 2+2= 4 right ( example) , so now u understand that 1+1= 2 ( point)
