All 4 of them made this look effortless! Impressive for anyone but for kids 12-16?!??? Crazy!

Her stream had around 15,000 people, and the 4 or 5 main streams had a total of 50,000-60,000 watching live; I was one of them. It started at about 10 AM EDT. The whole thing was great.

What impresses me about Nene, this particular performance is a highlight of this, the guitar work, particularly the solo, is almost studio quality. It's a hard combination to play, live, with passion, and also stay under enough control where the musicianship doesn't suffer. Another thing that makes her stand out, is many YouTubers have recordings of very good technical playing, but they're doing so in a studio or in a room. Nene and her ozone band play live at that market all the time, they play live elsewhere, they are not just bedroom, musicians, or studio musicians, they are gigging musicians. They're passion for the music is fed off of the live audience, and Nene is the leader in that regard. You can see it in her AGT performances as well, she thrives off the audience and it creates more energy. This is what separates her from many other very good musicians, that just do not have the flare to take what they know technically, and bring the musicality into a interactive platform. I remember watching Nene and the ozone band about a year and a half ago, my first time seeing them, thinking to myself, she's going to break out one day, perhaps the whole band. When you hear the proverbial they've got the it factor, that is Nene to the t 🎶

Thanks guys, she is quite incredible. If she starts playing that guitar above her head or behind her back I am going to lose it!! She just did a quarter final performance on AGT playing Soundgarden's Black Hole Sun and blew the roof off that joint!!! 10 minute standing ovation and most watched AGT show ever. This young lady is going places, just hope Simon doesn't get his hooks in her.

Nene + Ozzone are incredibly talented. Nene Royal is a musician who always takes my breath away when she starts playing solos. I think she's going to be a virtuoso soon. Give Nene a $500 guitar and she'll play it better than some girls with $5,000 guitars. I compare Nene to Anika Nilles. Both women could easily play in the best bands in the world.
