One of the funniest signs I saw was at a Nitro before Halloween Havoc in 1996: Oz and Kevin Nash vs Diesel and Vinny Vegas. Brilliant!

The biggest reason Ricky vs. Robert didn't work no one in the south wanted the Rock 'n Roll Express to break up

I was actually at this PPV in Baltimore. I had no idea Flair wasn't at the show until right before, the entrance to the arena o went in had a guy who had copies of a "dirt sheet" (I want to say it was Meltzer's I don't have it anymore and can't remember), and it had the headline about Flair not in WCW.

From the START the "we want Flair" chants were going and didn't see to stop.

Holy shit Scott was doing the toothpick before he joined WWF! The copyright infringement suit in 96 was bollocks! (I know there was more to it than that.)

One of the key elements of the WWF's lawsuit against WCW over the depiction of Hall & Nash was that they were doing their WWF mannerisms and specifically mentioned Hall doing the toothpick thing. But as you can see here, he was doing the toothpick thing before Razor Ramon.

Nice to see that the toothpick was a part of Scott Hall's character, even this far back.

"Who gave that dog a manager's license?" - mark out, like a proper carny would.
