It was actually the Iranian Muslims who ran into the bomb site and rescued the scrolls, they are now clearing the rubble alongside their fellow Iranians , both Jews and Christians, and they will help rebuild the synagogue with their Jewish and Christian neighbors. It galls the zionists that all religions live in peace in Iran, it does not fit their narrative, i have no doubt whatsoever that it was targeted, israeli weapons are so precise that they can confine any attack to a specific house or building, this was done in order to create division.

We Iranian love our jewish community in Iran. We never had any problems with Jewish or Armenian or Christian or any other religions, under Islamic republic of Iran. Everyone is respected. But we don’t like Zionism.

Max Blumenthal on the Greyzone did a video at a synagogue in Iran. Lovely Jewish people. It might have been the one that was bombed. So very sad.

I remember a cab driver (Palestinian Arab) in 1992 in San Diego telling me about the ambition of “Greater Israel”, from the Nile to Euphrates. I naively argued with him this was impossible because where was Israel relocate all the population displaced(and I claimed to be widely read). I wish I could find that man to apologize today.

Having read several of Dr. Rabkin's books, I am always amazed and impressed by Dr. Rabkin's knowledge. Thank you Pascal for a great interview. - Having watched a number of Dr. Rabkin's interviews in the same room, I always love the Samovar in the background..
