I am sooo lucky to have had the opportunity to share flats with indians while I was studying in the UK. I was smart enough to ask them to teach me some of those divine recipes and now I can make my own indian dishes living in Brazil. Indian food is the best!!!❤

Finally somebody mentioned warming up the stainless steel pan dry! When I first started using stainless steel THIS WAS THE TIP that kept me persevering because caramelisation = flavour

I am a student who isn't allowed to have cooking setup at my place. But not being in a position to cook doesn't deter me from watching these amazing cooking videos just for how satisfying it is.

If you use canned tomatoes and want them to dissolve into the sauce, use whole peeled tomatoes. Cubed or diced tomatoes are treated with calcium chloride to prevent them from breaking up.

OMG!!!!! I made this recipe, and it was a hit!!!! I am Mexican and my husband is from Punjab India he couldn't believe I made it because it reminded him so much of his mom's cooking 🥰! I def enjoy watching your videos and soon will try another recipe.
