Flat paint is awful on walls! It fades, it gets dirty and cleaning it leaves a faded spot on your wall because it's on the rag you used to clean the wall. Eggshell is much better and still a different sheen than semi-gloss.

I don’t like warm white lights because I have a hard time seeing in a room that isn’t bright enough. I agree that warm white bulbs and not the recessed can lights make things and people look better overall. I just need more.
