シンクの清潔感、この１点だけでも優良店の太鼓判を押せる。<br>しかもすべて手作りでこのボリュームでこの値段。近くにあったらしょっちゅうお世話になってる

予約、取り置き無し、メニューなし、売り切れ御免、店頭分対応でってところがとてもいいと思う。<br>ロスの無い在庫管理も出来るし、廃棄も心配無いし、その上で予約・取り置きが無いってことは製造オペレーションも安定してるし、<br>ムリ･ムダを徹底的に省いて価格に反映してくれる庶民の味方ですね。近所に欲しいなぁ…。

お客様の要望にどんどん応えていく足し算の経営ではなく予約取置きせず、その日作れる分だけ売るなど<br>店主さんが美味しく買って食べたい価格のお弁当をどうやったら出来るかの引き算な経方針素晴らしい考え方と思います。
