  Napakasinungaling ni Baste, Si Jaime Cruz malalim ang relasyon nila sa mga Duterte in fact business partner nila bawat magkakapatid at ang ama rin nila. At naging special envoy to China. Impossible na hindi alam ni Baste na magbusiness partner sina Jaime Cruz at Inday Sara

  Negligence of Public officials is a crime ,  AI can identify 10 cases that can be filed for a similar scenario including RA 3019, RA 9184, RA 6713. You cannot claim na hindi ,mo alam, kaya nga Bilyon ang budget mo to hire top people to do the work.

  If ignorance of the law can be use  as an excuse to do away with corruption then everything in  society will fall apart. Public officials are expected to be the role model of its citizen and must be punished severely most especially those holding authority and power. No matter how many litany you make, you cannot induce people to obey the law, when those in authority themselves do not obey.
