  I really appreciate FD’s take on this. Jay and Bey need to stop it with the fake activism. They chose a side and it’s not to uplift poor disenfranchised Black folks. Period.

  Jay-Z is the same guy that said he "gave Kanye 30 million without blinking" to get him out of debt, when in reality he owed Kanye that money from Tidal profits (after getting Kanye to drop his album exclusively on Tidal). He's always been an hyper-capitalist snake, just extremely smart and tactful with how he presents the information to the public.

  Jay Z literally told on himself on Moment of Clarity when he said “if skills sold, truth be told I’d probably be lyrically Talib Kweli. Truthfully I wanna rhyme like Common Sense, but I did 5 mill, I ain’t been rhyming like Common since.”<br><br>Those few lines tell you everything you need to know about Jay’s mentality and motivations when it comes to black activism.

  Beyond the Jay-Z stuff, I&apos;m upset the stuff about medical malpractice hasn&apos;t been picked up by the media. Kaep highlighted multiple examples of team medical staff at all levels straight up lying to players to get them out on the field. It may not be surprising, it may be an &quot;out in the open secret&quot;, but it is foul as hell and needs to be discussed until it doesn&apos;t happen anymore.

  Appreciate the self reflection, “maybe not watching football was the move.” <br><br>Comfort is a drug. Normal is a curtain that hides harm. <br><br>Unfortunately, eventually sacrifice will likely be necessary for change. Or at least an audit of our habits, patterns, and hobbies and their impacts.

  Josh Johnson is a very capable comedian but I think he’s found a niche where his act is more about using comedy to relieve the tension in society for his audience at a time where things are very tense rather than being the most laugh out loud comedian out there. Probably something less relevant to those of us who are more used to living in tension but I enjoy his artistry. Can’t watch when I’m tired though because that man will put me to sleep.
