  Ya&apos;ll are saying she could&apos;ve just left, bro she&apos;s 20 and the youngest child, her sisters are all older and they&apos;re also living there, it&apos;s clear there are rules and restrictions they&apos;re being forced to follow and with mental and physical trauma like that, the fear of leaving and telling anyone bcz they&apos;re scared the dad and brothers would do something to them and each other was still very evidently instilled in them and esp for the children, they were raised like that so it was harder for them to break that abuse as for the mom, she was most likely afraid of what they&apos;d do to her and her daughters aswell and by the time she realized what he was doing she was most likely too far deep into it to be able to let go, esp with her daughters around and being possible hostages and her sons being with the father to hurt all of them.

  She will regain her voice; there are surgeries available to restore it and therapy options. Medical advances have come a long way in that department. That should be part of the story. In a sequel, she visits a specialist and has surgery to repair her damaged vocal cords, then she undergoes therapy to strengthen them, and she speaks for the first time in years, hoarse, but with progress. Over time, she works to improve her voice until she finally speaks clearly. &nbsp;She gets not only her voice, but her life back. That would be the real triumph. Please do a sequel with getting her voice back!!!
