  I already said this before, but I'm 95% confident that Springtrap's moaning sounds in Fnaf 3 are canonically humming.

  Springtrap in this game is someone who doesn't have to fear the consequences of his actions anymore. This is his heaven. His science worked, hes immortal and he can now drive his rage like a train through a town hall. He's having so much fun he can't even keep it in check. Its peak afton.

  I especially love the &quot;got you, got you!!!&quot; Voiceline when springtrap catches you. Its another example of him being absolutely, &nbsp;almost childishly giddy about finally having you in his hands. Eager and enthusiastic just like tagging someone especially nimble and quick. &nbsp;<br><br>Its something you&apos;d imagine a bunch of kids saying after playing some intense game of tag, and the fact that this 7 ft undead mouldy british bunny man is the one saying it just lowkey makes me love him more. And it could lowkey imply that springtrap, &nbsp;and william by proxy, does have a very childish manner about him. Which ofc plays into his thespian-ism

  Scott Cawthon actually supervised Springtrap’s implementation into DBD, as part of his agreement to the licensing process. Because of that, DBD’s Springtrap got a unique treatment most other licensed killers didn’t, this is the creator’s and license holder’s own vision of how their character is SUPPOSED to be. This is the purest form of Springtrap we could have gotten.

  His voice lines in DBD have only cemented for me how much of a petulant, tantrum-prone man-child William is. He&apos;s just the more subdued, quiet kind; the kind that will just insidiously stew on his entitled emotions until it comes out in some underhanded outburst of hostility. Honestly, pretty bang-on characterization.

  The reason why Afton can remember stuff that he hasn&apos;t ear canonically is because The entity can take and mismatch versions of the same killer in multiple times on their lives, For example: Wensker has outfits that relate to games that he didn&apos;t originate from, Ada was taken during Resident evil 4 but has the outfit of RE2, and can even manifest characters that aren&apos;t entirely real, Like Glitchtrap, Maria, Pyramid head, etc. My theory/head-canon is that the entity gave William the memories of other versions of himself so he knows that The entity saved him and allowed him to stay being the monster he always wanted to be.
