  Gary is one of the nicest people you find on Youtube. Very Humble, the channel started so he can share more time with his son (the Cameraman), it became very successful.

  That dessert, the blue colour is from a flower. It is boiled until the colour comes out, the longer it’s boiled, the deeper the colour and it has a very light lemony flavour. The glutinous rice is then soaked in it, we usually soak half the rice we have in regular water and half in the blue, then drain and mix them together.

  I have a respect for Gary. One video where he highly rated a little independent cafe and put his money where his mouth is - He handed the owner a load of cash so any fan of the channel who went there could mention his name and basically eat for free, trying to entice more people to support the sweet lady that owned the place. I&apos;ve also seen him highlight and donate to charities. <br>His fan interaction during videos is always showing kindness and he encourages viewers to go and say hi if they see him.<br>He just seems like a very genuine guy.

  Gordon Ramsay once said in one of his TV shows that if a dish costs $5 to make, then the restaurant has to charge at least $20 if they want to make any profit at all (considering rental fees, staff wages, stock cost, etc.)

  I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and those prices are about the same as what we pay even at neighborhood Chinese restaurants. Prices are high these days.

  Unfortunately a lot of the prices in the UK have gone through the roof no matter where you are.

  My Nephew Lives in London and i&apos;ve Been to several restaurants That Garys reviewed and agree with his reviews &nbsp;so my taste is in line with his and i really respect his opinion &nbsp;a colab with the two of you would be oustanding!

  Notice how, without missing a beat, the waiter quietly got Gary another plate when he gave his to the other diner for the desert? Great service. He probably used butterfly pea powder to colour the dumpling dough - I&apos;ve seen that done before.
