Easiest way to peel a boiled egg is just boiled water when done immediately go to sing and crack the shell all over and immediately run under cold water and peel shell comes of so easily no effort or damage to the egg whites etc

Just serve them braised cow heel or pigs trotter, whole , with loads of roast veg, don't faff around with it , I would pay tenner for that, I can get pigs trotter brined and braised with the the trimmings at home in germany
