  A great installation. Wireless techs pull fiber in buildings by attaching a pull string to the old cable pulling it out and then swapping it to the new one. for long pulls They lube the cable to reduce hang-ups. It works for long complex pulls.

  Great job, especially with the paint. I would not worry too much about the hose from the head to the tank as long as you flush well. On the other hand, the discharge hose from the tank to the through hull is constantly wet and it will start stinking soon or later even if it is a Trident. The best solution is PVC pipe. It is relatively easy to route on the H31 and it eliminates odors for good. The last suggestion is to replace the compact seat with a regular seat - improves the experience significantly.

  Great video. I did a very similar job on my Hunter 31 last summer. Having spoken with the 'Head Mistress' and got her book I cut a new route for the discharge line from the toilet to the holding tank so it goes uphill and then into the holding tank. It also makes it easier to maintain. I also added a simple valve on the holding tank discharge line so I can turn it off and not have shit sitting in the pipes on the way to the Y valve and macerator I also installed. I also added a vented loop before the thru-hull. Good job!

  Nice video -thanks. Needed to know how to bolt down the toilet (my toilet is missing) and lag bolts are the answer. I cringed when I saw the wrench on the discharge hose at the hold tank. If  the connection had broken off the tank it would have been awful. I usually cut off the hoses with a utility knife, even at the thru-hulls to prevent mishaps. Thanks again.

  If you're going to throw the hoses away , just use a sawzall and cut them into pieces

  Great video & nice result.  With the difficulty involved and the unpleasant nature of the job,  I would have used a better quality of sanitation hose, regardless of the cost.  There are higher quality hoses that are less prone to odor permeation for longer periods of time.
