Hi Sue…the last time I tried this technique I crumpled up parchment paper, which of course is stiffer than other papers once it’s crumpled. I put blobs of really pretty colours on the plate and when I pulled the paper up, it looked incredible. The blank spaces looked like bamboo or something. It had a definite Asian feel. I tried other colours with the crumpled parchment and someone actually wanted to buy three of them.

Excellent. Very exciting out come with the crumpled paper and different inks. Enjoyed it enormously. Wish I wasn’t 92 and beyond having a go myself. Still will look forward to anything you do in the future. 🏆
