Hands down, the best video you have ever shown on YouTube… No kidding! I’ve been following you for a while now. I was entranced every single second of this vlog. Not only is the thrift shopping phenomenal, the scenery and travel narration are superb! I know that part of my admiration comes from my Scandinavian heritage, which includes a Norwegian component, but really, this was altogether a very well done piece.Thank you so much for sharing your adventures with us. I wish I could join in one of your trips, but I’m unable to do so due to physical limitations, so I also very much appreciated your dedication toward the end of the video remembering all of us who will probably never get to see it live. You da best!

Greetings from Norway. I'm so happy you liked it here. I just want to tell you that there was no vikings 6000 years ago. Viking Age was from about 800 to 1050 CE. The settlement you visited (Skipshelleren) was a stone age-settlement. Iron was not discovered at that time, and the vikings needed iron to build their ships.

I'm fairly new to your channel and this is my first comment.  I'm in my house with no power in the fire areas of Los Angeles, CA.  Watching this beautiful video warmed my heart and allowed me to briefly escape the tragedy we are experiencing.  THANK YOU!

I am 80. My grandfather came from Drammen in 1909 to the United States when he was 9. I was just entranced seeing this video! Thank you so much. Brought tears, because grandpa told us that his dad was a glass blower and died young. My grandpa then, went to sea to support his mother and two older sisters at the age of 12-14 years old. He, his mother and brother left from Bergen to come to the United States.

I cried watching this. I cried because of the absolute beauty of Norway that I didn't know existed, and I cried a lot for myself because I will never experience this myself. I can't thank you enough for taking us along with you.

Laura! Been one of the many avid subscribers for a while now and have not felt compelled to comment before until now. I want to join you on a trip to Norway and see all you have seen for myself.
