  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=51QJpJ2UGqo&amp;t=2205">36:45</a> The issue is that in Gnomoria and other more complex colony simulator games there&apos;s no single health bar. &nbsp;You generally need to destroy a vital organ for the creature (the brain for a zombie) or cause enough blood loss or the like (for living creatures). &nbsp;Most also allow everything to slowly recover from injuries, a gnome with a broken arm will slowly regain use of that arm over time even without proper treatment.
