  That had been my problem. <br>When I worship and record privately I go so deep and have endless songs and utterance. Then I try to do the same songs in a studio and loose the exact depth. Till God showed me how I have been trying to trade what He gives me for deeper intimacy for royalty and name.<br> It&apos;s hard to understand the boundary between intimacy and marketing what we receive &nbsp;for name and for pay. <br>God is delivering me.

  If you are still conscious in the body &nbsp;that you are worshipping God, then you have not yet entered the glory of worship. In the glory, all things disappear and only Jesus exists.

  I keep imagining this video after 20-30 years - the technical quality (camera, etc.) might not be as great as whatever the times bring - but I imagine us and the new generation watching again, in their version of black and white, and the palpable revival, still hot! One for the books indeed. These sessions will outlive us!

  2 / 8<br><br>If we look at Saul, when Saul lost the kingdom, he told Samuel, he said, &quot;Look, I was going to make this decision, I knew I was wrong but the people were scattering, so I forced myself to do it.&quot; So, he responded to the popular opinion in his decision-making.<br><br>But when God says David was a man after my heart, David had taken the nation of Israel to battle in Ziklag then, and they had surrounded them, burnt up their villages, taken their wives, taken their children and the people—even the leaders decided that they were going to stone David—and at that point to show what it means that one thing have I desired that I will enquire of the Lord.<br><br>The natural thing is, let&apos;s quickly go in. David went to meet God, shall I go or shall I not go. Now, the pressure from men, Saul didn&apos;t see that kind of pressure. They were going to stone him to death and even at that point, and that is what we see in the life of Jesus where he says I will do nothing except and I will say nothing except.<br><br>And the Holy Ghost, who helps, is in the place of worship; the Bible says of him, that he shall say nothing of himself, except that which he hears him say.<br><br>So, we can&apos;t live a life where we are our own authority and then come into a place of worship and think that with a song we will be able to connect with that level of intimacy with God. So, the first thing about David, that&apos;s one of the dynamics of the temple that he had.<br><br>Every revival recorded in the scripture in the nation of Israel was the restoration of the order of worship of David. That is once the kings restore the order. Every time they went into slavery they knew they had broken the order of David. Anytime they went into captivity, Hezekiah said, &quot;Listen, the error here is that we are not worshipping after the order of our father.&quot; And once they restored that particular order.<br><br>So, David in his leadership—Saul was concerned about the palace. David was concerned purely about the priesthood. So, what he focused on was the priesthood.<br><br>We must understand even as leaders today, we can develop leadership skills, we can do all of that, but what David knew was that the differentiation in the nation of Israel was the presence of God. And that without the presence of God, there will be no distinction.<br><br>And Moses also even spoke about this. He said, &quot;How will they know that you have placed a distinction between us if you don&apos;t go with us?&quot;<br><br>So, David understood that issue of God&apos;s presence there. Saul wasn&apos;t a worshipper. He didn&apos;t even pay attention or think about going to get the Ark. He had no reverence.<br><br>Rev. Mark Anthe said, &quot;We have organised our churches so much like Starbucks, that if the Holy Ghost leaves, we won&apos;t know. That it can run without the Holy Ghost.&quot; And we understand that there are organisations that run without the Holy Ghost.<br><br>So, David went in and inquired of the Lord. So, David&apos;s power and his authority came out of that tabernacle. An example of what he was doing within that tabernacle as regards the type of worship that he was offering.<br><br>If we look at it again, and this is the restoration of that order, in Psalms 27:4: “One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.”<br><br>In beholding the beauty of the Lord, it is true that because of the way man is, he is need-centered, so God comes to man at the point of their need. But even if you take your need as the basis of your worship, the truth is that if you get into true worship, that consciousness of that need disappears. You can&apos;t be thinking in worship about any other thing apart from Jesus because you are coming in contact with his glory.
