  There doesn&apos;t necessarily have to be an actual assault. It&apos;s called emotional incest when a child gets the role and attention that their partner should get. My father did that to me, too, and it was traumatizing. It&apos;s a form of emotional abuse.

  I&apos;m just confused about how the mother and daughter like agreed to &nbsp;have that with the same guy, like that&apos;s disgusting, the guy is literally the girl&apos;s boyfriend and dad at the same time plus her child&apos;s father, I swear I feel bad for their kids

  Her dad is definitely a creep. Definitely. Just that it&apos;s the kind of environment she grew up in, so its normalised for her and he doesnt explicity touch her enough to make anything definite (yet). Solid case of grooming.

  My stepdad raised me from the time I was less than a year old and when I turned 30 he told me he was attracted to me and was incredibly creepy, burned down his marriage to my mom and it terrified me…. So I’m well aware of grooming behavior looking back at all of the red flags. This poor woman, I really hope she gets away from this dad because he is a predator.

  first one was terrible, he gave her a literal engagement ring basically and the proposal part was just so unnecessary. but the second one… if i was the daughter i would be disgusted that my own mother would do that with my boyfriend.. like i genuinly don’t understand how she could smile through this and be okay with it.
