  When I was teaching my daughter to drive, I told her to always expect all other drivers around her to do the dumbest thing they can possibly do and make plans to avoid them when they do. Years later she told me she never forgot that advice and that she is both surprised and depressed about how often it&apos;s true.

  Person in the clip at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4odoKBKOG5Y&amp;t=130">2:10</a> here. I don&apos;t think it was insurance fraud because after we attempted to exchange information she went over to a friend or whoever. She also didn&apos;t know I had a dashcam and never tried to pin the blame on me. She never outright admitted fault but I think she&apos;s just a really bad driver.

  When I was learning to drive, my brother and mother independently gave me the same advice: Drive like everyone else on the road doesn&apos;t know how to drive. And I hate how often it&apos;s proven true.
