  I told my mother fotrty years ago that if everybody got degrees , then degrees would become worthless.<br>She said I was crazy. I said it was common sense. &nbsp;Even as a teenager I was smarter than her.

  ALL young men, pay attention. This is why walking away was/is/shall remain the only option. Always have a body cam recording in public. Yes, it really is THAT bad now.

  You don&apos;t need to be in Japan for any of this to happen. My ex had me arrested for a crime I didn&apos;t commit. 3½ years later, I&apos;m STILL fighting to get more than 1 hour, unsupervised, with my son. Cost me almost everything I had

  I live in Japan and once I had a young woman jump out of her seat on the train at a busy stop, when all the people got on board it was jam packed, she then started grinding into me. I didn&apos;t realise that I could have been at risk of accusation.

  Yeah, people glaze Japan but it&apos;s pretty bleak in many ways. Even aside from stuff like these accusations.<br>Even if you beat the odds and get married, it just means that you&apos;ll work brutal hours with absurdly long commutes, essentially being barely present in your own home.<br>Meanwhile, the home is the domain of your wife. Your reward comes when you retire, at which point you&apos;re taken care of.<br>At least, so Japanese men thought.<br>As it turned out, their wives got used to having the place to themselves, and when some interloper (their husband) was suddenly around all the time, they frequently &quot;got PTSD&quot; with a divorce shortly to follow.<br>So you spent your life working yourself to death, and now you&apos;re living in a tiny apartment somewhere, with estranged kids you&apos;ve hardly spent time with, and an ex that resents you for not dropping dead and work and netting her a nice insurance payout.<br>We see it in the west too, but damn they turned it up to 11.
