The leadership in most African countries is very weak. Acquiring skills via free training is one thing, but once they have finished the course and obtained their certification are they going to be offered jobs? I do not think so. Ghanaian youths need to be placed in apprenticeships where they will be working, getting paid, and gaining experience while doing the job, otherwise just doing and completing a free course is a complete waste of time.

You guys give comparison of countries without context . Population 200m to 250m. Ghana Population 30m to 40m. Hence security , development etc must be judged by context.<br><br>Another point is Nigeria is multi ethnic and multi lingual while Ghana is almost unilinquistic .<br><br>Another important fact and reason the white appear respect is that European countries export the best and useful members of their citizens .We on the other hand export the poor because the masses are treated as cannon fodder.!!!
