Still gotta be independent but if you want the good stuff you gotta go in land a bit

  complaining that a bagel is dry after removing the pickles is like complaining that a pizza is dry after removing the tomato sauce. you removed a fundamental part of the dish and changed how it tastes, then complained that the part you removed wasn&apos;t there.

  Beigel Bake isn&apos;t meant to be anything special. It always used to be a local place, then blew up in the age of social media, and likewise, their prices. I used to come here for lunch sometimes when I worked in the area and it was a good, simple meal then, and well priced for London.
