My man, during the Deluge, Poland fought against virtually all of its neighbors, at times even against several simultaneously (Sweden, Russia, Brandenburg/Prussia, the Cossacks, Transylvania, and occasionally the Crimean Khanate, which supported the Cossacks). This explains the scale of destruction and death—the Swedes wouldn&apos;t have been able to inflict such massive damage on their own. The information in this clip is very superficial—in fact, the fact that Poland even survived the war on all fronts, against literally everyone around it, gives you a sense of how strong the country was before these conflicts began.

The Austrians surprised Napoleon in the 5th coalition which caused Napoleon’s first defeat and a very costly victory that he decided to punish them territorially with giving Warsaw more land from Austrian occupied<br><br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4fL4XfCb7rE&amp;t=1205">20:05</a> the other polish lands were Grand Duchy of Posen (Prussian client state) and Kingdom of Galicia and Lodomeria (Crown land of Austrian half of Austria-Hungary)
