  Just bought one after watching your reviews (amongst others). I was at Tees Valley on Eagle two days ago and the fish were showing tight against the far bank, I was talking to a lad on a nearby peg and I said that I couldn't accurately hit the spot as I was scared of ending up on the bank or trees. He said "have you not got a bait boat like"......he recommended the actor and told me it would get right where I needed to get. I spent the night in my bivvie watch reviews of it. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos lads.

  Needs a clean leads 😂😂. Actor are bringing out a new boat next spring called the vulcan, and its a top-loader

  Like you i did find it a bit of a annoyance to load up the rig in the middle hopper i now just use the back door hopper for rig and bait i made a hook length tray that sits on top of the middle hopper,,, I will explain open back door put your lead and hook length in the tray shut the door load both hoppers then lay your lead on top of the baited back hopper and you hook length is still in the tray all straight i wish I could send you a picture

  I use mine for deadbaiting for pike, putting the deadbait in the centre hopper with free offerings and the 3oz running lead in the back keeping the braid out of the props way... <br>I had an issue with the deads trebles occasionally getting hung up on the lip at the bottom of the hopper, necessitating reeling in the boat and re-setting....<br><br>I fixed this by blending the lip away using some car body repair &quot;bondo&quot; &nbsp;sanding &amp; painting it with black nail varnish to match.<br>The girl in the chemists did give this 65y.o. a funny look at the time !!... 😂<br><br>😎👍☘️🍺

  I do like my Actor, although I do not use it often. I have a slight issue with the boat veering when returning to the bank. I believe it is due to the flap dropping to one side after dropping bait, it the acts as a rudder. Give your boat a clean.😂

  great bit of kit, i bought the same boats but with 2 10ah battery&apos;s last year and had no problem at all with it, rarely use the second battery but nice to have a backup. Just not as dirty as this one =D

  I’ve got the same boat and very happy with it apart from it isn’t charging up correctly as in it’s taken up to 20 odd hours to charge it up to 80%. Only had it 6 months and still under guarantee but the boatman wasn’t helpful at all and wanted £35 to look at it.

  Bought mine two years ago and the only thing I’ve had to replace is the battery indicator lid
